Just a quick note:

It's my birthday today!!!



Happy Birthday to me. 

Where has the time gone?  It certainly doesn't feel like a year has passed...  What's that old saying? 

"When I was a child, time crawled.  When I was a young [adult], time ran."

Time certainly seems like it's running now.  Is this what it feels like to get old???  Hm.
*wanders off to ponder the situation*

I've just been looking through my bookmarks and realized that they've gotten entirely out of control.  I must have hundreds of them and its becoming a real chore to find the site I want at any given time.  Honestly, its ridiculous.  

I've got a Bleach fic that I'm in the process of writing that, wonder of wonders, does not focus on an original character.  I started it a while ago (read, last year, as in early 2006) but inspiration for it has hit me again.  The basic summary is that Ichigo's mother wasn't killed by the Grand Fisher; instead Ichigo is killed saving her from the Hollow and goes to Soul Society.

There will be original characters in this fic, mostly because Ichigo is going to go to the Academy and the only Shinigami canon lets us see are those that have graduated, but the fic is going to focus on the canon characters.  

I'll post the prologue and we'll see what happens.
